The size of the room.
The traffic noise, the temperature of the room (very hot). People in the courtyard talking at 6 am in the morning.
The breakfast included in our room rate was poorly managed as it was provided by a second party.
Servicing of the rooms every third day. A sign on the door by 8am for daily?

Great location for getting in and out of Basel. Amazing transport links on the doorstep.
We had an amazing apartment/room which was really spacious and very comfy bed. Great bed and soundproofing as I slept like a log!
