Room was nice and looked exactly like the picture. The bed was comfortable. I had a washstand and a bathroom with shower etc. was just down the hall. I shared that with other people, but it was cleaned every day and the shower was good. Also, even though I arrived early and just wanted to leave my bag before exploring the city, my room was ready and I was kindly given the key and could relax and freshen up after traveling and getting up at daybreak.
The door of my bedroom creaked, which was kind of annoying when I had to use the bathroom during the night. And the hairdryer didn't work, as in, it stopped working after a few minutes. Unfortunately no breakfast possible, they were redoing things. I knew beforehand, but it was too bad.

Great communications, very clean with plenty of fresh sheets, towels etc and everyday attention to the room.
The room was in the roof and that made access to one side of the bed a little awkward.

There was a sink in the room. The staff was friendly and assisted taking my luggage up to the top floor.
I was in Room 5. This room was on the top floor. There was no elevator and a very tight staircase! It was tiny and the slanted roof made it impossible to stand up on one side of the room. The bathroom was a community bath and I had to wait several times to shower and/or use the toilet.
