The decor was excellent; this made it a real treat of a place to stay. Freestanding bath. Properly equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Super clean. Nice toiletries.
Broken floor tile at the entrance into the bathroom.
You provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Could you add body lotion?

Location was really good. Close to tram stop and near bars and cafes.
Property was not smelling fresh/clean. Some of the fixtures and fittings were needing replaced (wobbly taps, bath plug not working, toilet flush broken (we fixed this).
Main thing was the smell (stale cooking smell in main living area and drains in bathrooms).
