It’s a recently renovated old building the renovation is good however as it is an old building it can be a bit drafty

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Sofa bed very comfortable!
Sash windows rattle a little, but it was a storm that hit Edinburgh that weekend.

Great location directly next to several pubs/cafes, and a tram line.
The apartment was nicely decorated and clean.
Photos were exactly as pictured and we felt safe and comfortable staying here.
We left something behind and the staff went as far as to post the item back to us in a very prompt manner
The washing machine left our clothes smelling smokey.
A dryer would be a nice addition to the apartment, however, the drying rack was helpful!

Direct walkable route from the train station
Lumpy mattress, clearly people sleep on the left side more often, very limited tea/coffee no water in the fridge, tiling in bathroom not finished off properly, noisy scruffy communal stairwell with others letting doors slam, 4 x boxes of earplugs in the bathroom tells me noise from upstairs/neighbours has been mentioned before. Scratchy scratchy towels, smeared mirrors (one cloth to clean them all) too many plastic plants (dusty and forgotten about) the dishwasher not fitted property (too tight for space) so I left it alone, really poor quality pillows AND please stop putting cushions and throws that smell of perfume/cologne back on beds that everyone just puts on the floor/window sills..
