We had a wonderful stay at the hotel mostly because of the warm and friendly staff. They made us feel so welcome and cared for.
We were in town for the Fringe, so it was nice to be able to get away from all the vibrant energy of Old Town and have some quiet time at the hotel, about a 15 minute walk from the Royal Mile. We enjoyed having coffee in the terraced garden, and breakfast in the eating area inside was so charming.
Oh, wouldn't we all love it if they had a lift. LOL

The hotel was amazing. Beautiful and clean. I took the single room (small) with a single bed (huge). The shower was great, the sound of birds and fresh air along the day. Breakfast was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location was excellent. The hotel kindly offered a discount code for a nearby car park, only a 3-minute walk away. The surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for exploring the city on foot. The car park also has EV charging facilities, which meant we could conveniently charge our car overnight.
Room was smaller than expected, it was even difficThe room was a little smaller than we had expected, making it difficult to fully open our suitcases. We were also allocated a room on the third floor. Although a member of staff kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs, the lack of a lift made things a little inconvenient.ult to open the suitcase

The hotel has a bright, fresh, and refreshing design. Every painting is unique and makes you want to stop and admire all the little details. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is close to the city center. The beautiful garden was a wonderful place to relax. The area is peaceful and quiet, with no noise at all.
