The hotel was very centrally located, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
The parking situation was disappointing. Although the hotel stated that parking was available, there were no spaces left when we arrived. We therefore had to find parking ourselves.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was also disappointing. The selection was rather limited, and the overall quality and presentation felt more like a canteen than what we would expect from a hotel of this category.

The location is hard to beat - centrally situated with easy access to everything you'd want. The bar sets a wonderful first impression with a great ambience and stylish decor. The room was spacious and impressively quiet; I barely noticed any noise from the nearby road. The gym is well equipped and generously sized. Throughout my stay, the staff were consistently friendly and always willing to help.
Unfortunately, a few issues marred the experience. Most alarmingly, the duvet in the room was covered in what appeared to be dried, washed blood stains. This is simply unacceptable in a 4-star hotel — if stains can't be washed out, the bedding should be replaced. To their credit, the front desk replaced it promptly after I raised the issue, but it should never have reached the room in the first place.
Getting from reception to the room was a surprisingly long walk - if your room number is in the 20–35 range, be prepared. The elevators nearest my room (C & D) had a noticeable, unpleasant odour, as did the hallway leading to the gym. Soundproofing between rooms is also lacking: whenever anyone in the room above used the toilet, the flushing was clearly audible. Lastly, both the hallways and rooms are carpeted, which may be a preference issue but felt dated.
