The male member of staff behind the bar was so welcoming and helpful. The aesthetics of the room were nice (albeit a little claustrophic due to the room size).
The room was much much smaller than pictures made it look. My husband found it hard to move around the room as there was next to no floor space. The bathroom too is very compact with the door opening right onto the toilet and then the shower next to the toilet too (the shower curtain went inside the bowl whilst showering). On arrival, there were hairs on my pillow and a hair tie that wasn't mine on the bed. For the amount of money we spent, I was disappointed.

It was everything we hoped it would be. Gothic romantic city centre location. We went for a package so had the Prosecco, chocolates etc . The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. They really looked after us on the special trip. Cocktails in the bar were amazing . See you all soon!

The location was perfect for where we were going
The room is beyond small especially the wet room/bathroom. The bed is against the wall so if there are two of you, one has to clamber over the other to get out.
