The property is new. Surrounding with restaurants, supermarkets and convenience store. Easy to catch the bus or walk to the main shopping area.
The room is quite small. Almost impossible to open your luggage. 🤣

The location was great for us being close enough to the city centre and local attractions.
It was very expensive compared to everywhere else we stayed in Japan but we think that was true for all Kyoto.
The photos of the room did not show how small it was with barely enough room to walk past the end of the bed and nowhere to unpack our luggage. We had to put our bags under the bag and live out of them for our three night stay.
