Nestled in Ocean City, this lovely house for $517 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. If you are looking for a place to call home , with spectacular views and all the comforts you are used to, this is the house for you!! This single family home is located on 61 st its a great location for the beach, bayside dining, evenings by the water and Ocean City entertainment. Its spacious and modern with many private areas for people to gather and enjoy the bay views. There is a 50’ waterfront deck, private to this house, The house offers a large living and dining area, a work station, a first floor 1/2 bath full kitchen, 4 bedrooms upstairs the master with its own walk in shower and private deck, 2 other bedrooms offer queen size beds and there is a full in the 4th bedroom. There is another full bath just remodeled. The sofa has a pullout queen sleeper and there is a twin rollaway as well. The deck is 50' with an awning and comfortable patio furnishings, there is a small patio off the main deck and a small sunroom off the living room. Complex also has a boat dock and gazebo. Free parking right in front of the house. Also convenient to the Ocean City bus route that picks up every 15 minutes. This house has all the comforts of home with the convenience of anything you would like to do while visiting Ocean City. New this year Ocean City is allowing beach bonfires!!!

Absolutely loved this property! There were four of us and it was perfect. The absolute best part is the deck! Beautiful views! The house was as advertised and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. This is definitely one we will rent again!

Our family had a great experience at the beach and the house was perfect! Great location for hitting the beach and not fighting for parking and space but still minutes away from the boardwalk. Kids enjoyed fishing off the deck of the house or playing on the tennis courts close by. Rooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities to just have a great time at the property also.

I have rented 20+ properties with groups of friends. I have never had a bad review. Debbie charged me $300 for: 1) A service animal, which I am not required to notify her of and for which I provided documentation of it being a service animal even though that is also not required. 2) Food in the fridge. This was false. I personally walk through the entire house and cleared the fridge. I repeatedly asked for a photo of items left in the fridge. None was provided. 3) A broken handle in the shower. A 110lb small woman in our group broke this off. It was not someone using immense force. Clearly this handle was already weak and we happened to be there when it broke. It turned in an abnormal way so most people try to turn it in a normal way before they figure it out and I am sure that constant stress on the plastic built up. To act as if we broke off a handle because we weren't careful is ridiculous. 4) Debbie claimed someone peed in a bed but, again, refused to provide evidence. I told her someone had spilled water on the bed during checkout and I would like a video showing a yellow spot (as urine and water do not look the same) and someone touching it so we can see it is newly wet. No evidence was provided. This seems like an owner who uses her guests to get additional funds.

The house was so cute and clean. Great space and bedrooms for a group of friends or family. The location was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. The deck overlooking the water was beautiful. Would definitely go back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I will definitely be back! The deck was perfect to enjoy sunset. Prime location for restaurants and bars. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need! Couch in the living room is spacious everyone was able to sit comfortably.

The home is a cut above the usual Ocean City rentals, and the view is spectacular. Renters should be aware that one of the bedrooms is extremely small and would be more comfortably furnished with a twin than a queen size bed. That said, I would rent the property again.

The house is in terrific shape, is decorated in wonderful beach-vacation home pale blues and greens with hand painted wall murals in the dining-living room area. The master bed is wonderfully soft and comfortable. The kitchen and is stocked with everything you will need. Our favorite part is the off-the-living room small sun room and the decks. They give you chairs to watch the sunsets which are breathtaking.

This property was perfect. Right on the bay, easy to find, an easy walk to the beach. Plenty of space for a bachelor party group of 8. We especially enjoyed hanging on the back deck. Debbie was also very easy to communicate with and let us know exactly what to do for check in and check out.

In one word “perfect”. Debbie’s home was perfect for our family. The decor was lovely and the spacious deck overlooking the bay was amazing. In this covid world, I especially appreciated the privacy (no crowded elevators, throngs of people gathering in a lobby,etc) Debbie was wonderful to work with!!! Everyone in my family loved the property and agreed that it was the best place that we have ever stayed and we have been going to Ocean City for years!!

We really enjoyed the house, the deck, and everything. The decor is just beautiful, all the sea blue colors and beautiful tile work and wall paintings were so nice, and bring a degree of luxury that you don't always find in rental homes. No room is lacking for style and beachiness. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the utilities/appliances/systems worked very well. The view from that window at the top of the stairs is breathtaking! Location is great as well. Deb was an excellent host.

This is a well kept property, easy to communicate with the property manager and in a gorgeous spot. The views of the bay and the deck were the best part! The sofas fit our big family and we all had a great time and a lovely escape from our regular routine.
