Nice location and nice feeling to property
Very small rooms and no elevators, but staff helped with our bags

Comfy bed and excellent location to Paddington Station. Staff were awesome and so helpful! Really clean and servicing was fabulous.
Breakfast area is small and quickly becomes congested. Could possibly be solved by getting guests to book into a time slot? Only a small thing though in the bigger picture.

location was good as its very near to station
The room was tiny with a very small bed, and being on the 3rd floor with no elevator made it quite inconvenient.
