I had a wonderful stay at Lugano, and the staff was exceptional in their hospitality.

I had the pleasure of staying in a room that faced the street, which provided a delightful view. It was wonderful to observe the people of Barcelona as they went about their daily routines, heading to work in the mornings and returning home in the evenings. The bustling activity outside added to the charm of my experience.

The room lacked any distinctive personality or character.

Nice hotel very close to Paulu Jordi stadium

Great location close to Pauli Jordi stadium. Good staff.

Lack of fast room service. May be slow. Rooms separations of acoustic bad. You can hear from the walls other people next to your room.

Everything was nice! Good location and comfortable. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good too.

It was very clean and comfortable.

It was in a good location but you could hear the noises from the street and even hear and feel the subway vibrating.

Good but overpriced

The room was quiet and properly clean.

No reading lamp and no socket close to bed. And I'm not a big fun of carpet in hotel rooms - even though it was very clean, I must say. Overall, I think it was a little bit too expensive for what it offered, but I'm afraid this is the norm in Barcelona.

wooow it was Fantastic. I travel arround the Europe and World but hotel lugano was one of the best place ever. suoer location but first and the Best was personel.Hotel crew its Fantastic!!! i want Just Say 10/10 . I myself would like to employ them in my company especialy man this morning 18/03 and at 17/03 in the eveing!! Just Top!!! room was Fantastic too. clean and comfortabel.

Just want to Say that Little unconfortable for me was the Shower curtain. I would Change it for glas.

Excellent hotel

The staff were very kind and helpful and gave a lot of attention and information I asked for, hotel very clean and breakfast excellent. Rate is good compared to other hotels in Barcelona. Transportation to city center are reachable

good compromise, walking distance from the fair

rooms are fine and clean, including bathroom, reasonable cost compared to others hotel in the same area. Wifi ok,

rooms are not fully soundproofed, breakfast can be something more complete with Spanish foods, like tomato tostada. Espresso coffee too long

simple clean and comfy hotel in great location

spacious and comfortable! fairly simple but all that we needed :) the staff were really lovely, particularly at the front desk. We were a little late for check in and check out but they were very relaxed and understanding

only thing I would say is that late at night you couldn’t just get in using key card, you had to buzz to be let in. I felt really bad for the guy working nights!

Good location, good value for the price

Great, quiet hotel close to the centre. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, a very clean and tidy place

Instead of two single beds pushed together, would been much more comfortable with a double bed.
