Nice staff. Thanks for having water at reception for guests!

USB ports by side of the bed were not working properly. One side of the bed doesn’t have plugs. Hotel needs to improve the maintenance of the rooms.

Not a bad hotel, to be avoided because of lack of soundproofing.

Very good location, close to metro station, walkable towards touristic centre. Friendly staff at the reception. Nice, clean, large rooms with decent number of amenities. Rooms facing towards the intersection and not a very noisy street. Comfy beds and pillows.

Again, second Leonardo hotel where soundproofing is none. At this price with no soundproofing, it's horrible to stay and hear your neighbor snoring from the other room. Go in the bathroom and you can hear and distinguish what others are talking about or when they take a shower or do other business in the bathroom. It doesn't really help that some humans are just animals who slam every door, handle, chair etc. Avoid if you want to sleep comfortably. Also, pillow sheets were not changed, although we kept do not disturb on the door and requested room service only once in 5 days. Had to ask for them next day from the cleaning staff. Annoying creepy person greeting at breakfast. People just woke up, you could clearly tell everyone was not having time to be holly jolly at 8am, they just wanted to take a seat and their coffee.

An Hotel with good facilities , at a fair price, and in a convenient location to explore the City.

Room was well cleaned and towels replaced daily. Nice to have a kettle and a fridge in the room. Breakfast was very good and a well stocked range of things to eat. All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The location was also good to explore the city and within a reasonable walking distance of most tourist venues. The price was worth it. I would recommend this hotel to friends who want to visit Barcelona.

The room was at the front of the Hotel , and since the Hotel is at a busy road junction, the traffic noise affected my sleep. I did ask for a quiet room when I booked, but I did not get one.

Fabulous place to explore the beauty, culture and food Barcelona have to offer.

The location of the hotel was at least a 20 min walk from Las Rambles, it was a good base point for us to see as much of the city within 4 days as we could.

The fact that it was too noisy to open the windows.

Not suitable for Families. Fine for single stay.

Location is good very close to metro line-1 and you can walk to Espanya Square or Catalunya Square easily. Breakfast is so far so good. But do not be late after 09.30, some options in breakfast could be finish. Hotel staff is helpful.

Hotel is not comfortable for families. you may get 1 very small double bed and 1 sofa instead of 3 bed or 1 Comfortable double bed+ 1 more bed. Room that we stay is not the same in pics in booking.com. Hotel says they can not guarantee for 3 bed even you pay for 3 bed room. But they say they put a coffee machine for you. Very funny... Not sure who prefer coffee machine instead of comfortable sleep (bed). Bathroom was old, bathtub was rusty. You may meet with torn towels. You can see slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush and nice gift pics on hotel photos, but you can not see in the room. Do not be shy against of this and ask for them. They do not refresh fruits and some options in breakfast after 9.30 (breakfast time 7.30-10.30)

There are two nice tall, red wingback chairs in the lobby.

The toilet ran continuously unless you flushed repeatedly and got lucky. Carpeting near the elevators is quite worn. There were no temperature controls in the room, just a knob with three fan speeds.

stinky old neglected room

the only thing I liked is the location.

neglected, broken, stinky room. the mattress was uncomfortable. receptionist told me this is the best room… then it’s really a problem.
