Wonderful reception staff.
Check in/out was super quick and easy.
So handy being right next to the metro station.
Pool is extremely shallow but ok for a quick cool off dip

The breakfast was good and most of the staff were very friendly. The cleanliness was good and the rooms were stylish and comfortable.
The playlist got to be very repetitive and the pool area was a bit disappointing. A member of the staff was also a bit standoffish and rude. I feel the hotel was a bit too expensive for what it was.

Location was excellent. Close to Metro to easily get around the city.
Staff was also excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
The only small negative was a lack of a comfortable chair in the room.

The room was modern, clean and spatious. Loved the balcony facing the street and the location so close to the metro.
The pool was dirty and towels weren't always available. In multiple ocations we had to wait outside the main entrance because reseption personel weren't there to open the door. They should let people come in with the key
