Beautiful outlook over the ports of north western Majorca. It was large with great pools, friendly staff and the buffet breakfast was excellent.
The design was a bit odd and not particularly convenient for guests. We purchased two family suites at the residence and it was really hard to get to with small children. Some of the food at the pool bar/ dinner, was overpriced for what you get (if I’m being honest).

The pool is nice and the breakfast is quite decent—though not exceptional either. While the rooms are fairly spacious, they are unfortunately rather poorly soundproofed. These positives might have stood out under different circumstances, but unfortunately, our stay was completely overshadowed by the catastrophic issues detailed above. We definitely cannot recommend this place.
The overall experience was truly catastrophic. While some staff members were polite, the level of efficiency is completely non-existent, and part of the team behaves in a way that is utterly unworthy of a luxury hotel. Reaching the front desk by phone from the room is a nightmare—it regularly takes up to 30 minutes for someone to pick up, and issues are rarely resolved on the first try.
Our troubles began when we were offered an upgrade/room change (which we later found out was an extra charge, though this was never clearly communicated). The receptionist made this offer while seeing us with a baby and a stroller, yet placed us in a room completely isolated from the main building. Reaching this room requires navigating long flights of stairs with zero ramp access, making it physically impossible to manage alone with a stroller.
Because of the room change, the baby cot we had requested in advance vanished. It took two hours of calling just to get them to bring it back. The same chaos happened with our luggage: multiple 10 to 15-minute round trips between the room and reception to track down our bags because no tags or numbers had been applied, combined with the fact that nobody ever answers the phone at the front desk. Simple requests took absurd amounts of time—such as waiting an hour and a half just to get a third bath towel for a 3-person booking that only had two.
Other issues piled up: the bathroom lacked shower gel and shampoo upon arrival (which took two days to fix), and booking a taxi was stressful, with drivers practically shouting at us for waiting inside the air-conditioned lobby rather than outside in the 35°C heat with an infant.
When we raised these endless issues at checkout, management offered zero apologies or commercial gestures, instead proposing an extra €20 per hour for a late check-out.
A hotel that should have made our family city-trip relaxing completely ruined our stay in Palma; we actually felt stressed just returning to the hotel.
