Absolutely loved the hotel, we stayed in a solarium room and the views were just stunning. Great location and lovely staff

Location is great with the beach at the doorstep and lots of supermarkets and restaurants in very short walking distance. Staff at pool bar and lifeguard are great!
Air conditioning in room at 37 degrees heat outside wasnt working. I called reception and was told maintenance would come. 4 hours later I went downstairs to ask again and was told maintenance had left for the day but would come by the next day. So I asked for a fan which they gave me. For the next 4 nights air conditioning never worked and no one came to fix it. Spending €600 per night for a room not to have air conditioning is crazy. Cleaning ladies made the bed but dont replace instant coffee or sugar in room. This is definitely not 4 Star quality. Finally yes there's a beach view when you look straight from balcony, but if you look down, its a dirty nasty filthy back area to the restaurant covered in trash and dirt. Simply disgusting.
