Extremely friendly staff, well located in the Magaluf area, a busy area south of Palma. Excellent breakfast, great facilities, and amenities, beach is right outside so you can walk in and out very easily. While it is not the most beautiful beach in the island, it is a nice, clean one, and very convenient to the hotel
Parking was expensive, but you can park nearby on the street and walk perhaps 5mn to drop the car.

We had an excellent stay as a young family at this hotel, spontaneously booked it for two days, but ended up staying almost for a week. The level is an excellent option to have the feeling of an exclusive area on otherwise crowded beach and is a sort of oasis to return to from the various activities around the hotel and on the beach, what we particularly liked was the quality and friendliness of the staff, I would even mention Martha on the reception by name for taking her time and being extremely professional in her approach towards the guests, the level staff too, the breakfast was great and abundant. The staff at the kids club is amazing and there are a lot of activities for young kids - overall an impressive property with a lot to do in and around the hotel for young families, I would highly recommend it and would most certainly come back.
