The food, the facilities and the hot tub and the staff were great
People smoking in the non-smoking areas in the restaurant and the staff actually pass in them ashtrays no parasol on the balconies when the sun was beating down very hot not many sunbeds and people even towels on them all day and not going there. The one lifeguard was very abrupt and had a bad attitude.

No gym...poor pool...couldn't swim in top pool as people just standing in the way...no feeling if being in a 5star hotel....food poor....noise from early morning revellers...cramped room...little privacy from frosted glass.....one large man said bedroom toilet too small fir him.to be comfortable....limited places to park etc

The location right next to the beach and restaurants.
Staff, breakfast, pool area, and the hotel and rooms were very clean.
Beds are not very comfortable, and the AC was either very cold or warm. Otherwise everything else was great.

Great staff, good location, nice facilities, good choice at breakfast, pool area not too busy, quiet despite being just round corner from Magalluf bars and clubs etc, stayed here many times.
For the second year running, the hotel was packed with seriously large groups of middle eastern men hanging around public areas and being rather noisy. This despite the hotel stating they don't accept bookings from groups! This seems to be an annual event in early June so suggest avoiding at this time. We complained and staff were very apologetic and sent Cava to our room but we thanked them and returned it as don't drink it! We'd check with the hotel in future if we were going again.
