A large, mass-market hotel, which has its pros and cons. The beds were comfortable, everything was generally clean, and everything worked smoothly. The rooms were spacious, the cleaning was thorough, and the reception staff were quite helpful. A big plus was the water dispenser in the main lobby. There were two pools, although I didn’t use one of them at all (the mini water park). The food was decent, and if you’re on a half-board plan, you can swap lunch for dinner, which is a big plus. For the price, it was honestly pretty good.
As is often the case with large hotels that cater to families with children, it was noisy. The dining hall was very loud, probably mainly because of the number of guests and the children.

I really like the hotel, price vs services are really good; 20 to 25 minutes from the airport by taxi/car; room size OK, balcony , decent bathroom size and small fridge; I was in half board (breakfast and dinner) and food was really good, plenty of options for all the family; two swimming pools, the kids one was fantastic and plenty of room for you to spend the whole day there, they have many sunbeds available and also towel service for a small cost. the beach (sandy) is no more than 5 minutes walking and plenty of restaurants, shops nearby. Staff in general very friendly.
Minor comments, like bed (mattress) no the must comfortable ones; usual queues in pick times for taking the elevator/lifts;

Location was excellent, right next to a lovely beach.
Staff were so rude at reception. We booked a room described in booking.com as something else, ended up receiving something else. Staff were dismissive. And also the taxi didn't turn up onetime for our return to airport. Staff on reception just plazay about it. They literally could not give a ****
