Lovely rooms, comfy beds, nice towels and bedding, staff polite and friendly, most of the food
The uneven floor in our room, the bathroom, hallway.and bedroom. At breakfast, ie continental breakfast, everything came at once - the coffee, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, pain au chocolate, croissants, and toast. Toast stone cold and rock solid by the time we got to that part.

Great location and a beautiful hotel. Lucy at breakfast rescued a bad experience-she deserves a pay rise!
The rooms looked tired and breakfast took an hour to arrive.

Dream location right in the centre of Chester.
The executive room was spacious and well laid out.
Having to book a breakfast time - I’d rather play that by ear and turn up when I wanted brekkie.
