Ottimo!

Ottimo albergo in pieno centro con personale davvero gentile e competente! Comodo anche il deposito bagagli se si vuole visitare la città senza valigie. Splendido balconcino con super vista sulle montagne.

Poche prese vicino al letto o comunque non compatibili con caricatore iphone (quello dentro alla lampadina) e nessun gancio per asciugamani in bagno. Armadio molto piccolo (per un weekend va bene ma per una settimana bianca no). Da migliorare anche le porte e finestre che spesso non si chiudono subito bene e l’insonorizzazione.

Highly recommended ski hotel, in a very central location with easy access (5 min walk) to ski bus.

Staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was an easy walk to town and the ski bus. The facilities at the hotel were great for skiing including a ski room and a good breakfast.

Nothing, it was perfect for us.

L’emplacement ,la jeune réceptionniste ( blonde ) très gentille.

La chambre était très bruyante , mal isolée , sur la route ou on se fait réveiller par les passant qui tirent leur bagages à 6 du matin , le livreur qui récupère les linges fait un bruit infernal à 7h du matin et l’ascenseur qui n’arrête pas et le bruit travesty’s la chambre , mon conjoint n’a pas fermé l’œil les nuits . Pas calme du tout . J’ai demandé à la réceptionniste ( brune au lunette) de changer de chambre elle m’a envoyer balader .

Great stay and love the hotel, but will avoid street side rooms in future

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, the pool is a win in the summer with a great view too. Nice area to relax next to the river after a long day in the mountains and it is always clean. We had a late transfer to the airport and was able take a shower in the downstairs bathroom after a sweaty day in the mountains (and they provided towels) which was incredible and greatly appreciated. I have stayed here before and will again, it is generally one of the first hotels I look at when going to Chamonix.

I asked for a river side room given as I know it cools down a bit at night which is very helpful as the rooms don't have aircon or fans so it gets incredibly hot in the summer. Unfortunately this could not be provided and also couldn't sleep with curtains open to get fresh air in as there is currently a construction site opposite the hotel and flashing lights from the crane The rooms on the street side can get quite noisy late at night/early morning with restaurants at street level and people returning after a night out, so cant really leave windows/doors open for air in the heat.

It was good

Older property but very clean, seemed updated. Loved the balcony and river view.

Very hard bed, lumpy pillows, did not sleep well. No tissues in room.

Fab location, lovely hotel!

Location great. Alpine decor very pleasing in Chamonix. Lovely white cotton bedding, Excellent breakfast. Children enjoyed little pool

Not satisfied with the stay but we enjoyed our vacation overall. Chamonix is a beautiful place worth visiting again and

Location is central so most tourist attractions are at walking distance.

Few things actually- 1. Heating was too much everywhere. In our room we were even sweating with normal T-shirts. Regulator did not work. 2.Right in front of the hotel there is a huge work in progress going on. It will easily take 2+ years to complete. Even during a public holiday they were working and it was very noisy all afternoon. And the room temperature was killing us so we had to leave a window open. It was too inconvenient especially for our toddler. 3. Breakfast was nothing special.

I had a great overall experience during my stay.

Chamonix is quite expensive, but this was the most affordable hotel I could find at the last minute and I'm very satisfied. The option to rent time in the sauna (15 euro per hour) was a nice perk. The lounge area and bar looked nice but I didn't spend time there. Everything was clean and well kept, staff was helpful and spoke English, my room had a balcony, and the location in town is convenient but also relatively quiet.

Considering the high price of the room, breakfast should be included. Extra 17 euros per day was a little too expensive so I only ate there once, then found other options on my own.

Nice place but overpriced for the property in my opinion.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good and reasonably priced. Quiet but good location near town. Beds are comfortable.

The rooms are quite small, particularly if you have a lot of luggage with ski clothes, boots. The ski storage room is not great. Skiis are piled up against the wall making it difficult to find yours and difficult to ensure they don't get knocked over. the Wifi was very unrealiable. I liked that they have a bar on site but they seemed to be out of many of our choices. Prices for the week we were there seemed quite high compared to a MUCH nicer place in Zermatt at the same time.

Superb

Very nice and cozy hotel, clean and beautiful rooms, friendly staff. Located in the center of Chamonix close to all restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay there a lot!
