6 relaxing days´ stay in the middle of Mont Blanc, Courmayeur, ice gletchers and ice cave - great!

The breakfast was good and there was a very fine selection to chose from. The hotel seems a bit oldfashioned, but in reality it is very charming indeed. The spa area is top notch luxury! I had a great massage and there were many other spa options, and the staff were all magnificent, from the reception staff, who borrowed us a backpack when they noticed that we did not have one, when we were going on a small hike, and put up with our many questions in a very service minded way, to the bartender, and the cleaning- and breakfast staff. Our room on the 3rd floor had a fantastic view of the mountains, and the vast garden was so charming, both for relaxation during the day, and evening drinks. The most quiet and relaxing hotel experience I have ever had and with big mountains on each side of the hotel. Just awesome! I would love to go back some day.

Good place to relax after hiking

Rooms were great - airy, light and quiet. The staff were very helpful and made a restaurant booking for us which was a very good choice. Also enjoyed their spa and pool area after hiking and a drink in their bar.

This is an amazing hotel and staff.

Everything was amazing- the hotel property, THE STAFF, the breakfast, there is not a single thing that wasnt good. The staff is really helpful, i asked them a lot of queations and requested things from them and they not only helped me with everything but also did it with a smile. This hotel is an oasis in this area.

There is not a single thing that we did not like.

Almost everything was excellent.

The only things that weere a bit not waw were the fact that the water was not too hot in the shower. However, we never actually bothered to call concierge and mention - maybe they would have been able to help. Also, I would expect to have one free bottle of water in the room as a courtesy from the house and not pay for it, but that’s something small.

The best ski experience!!!

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and full of variety with fresh bread, cakes, cheese and juices. 10 out of 10. The room was absolutely clean and perfect in sizing. The view was breathtaking and the free bus is like 5 min walking. Couldn’t be happier with the overall experience! 10 stars!!!

Excellent hotel, breakfast one of the best I have had

Room and leisure facilities excellent, reception staff very helpful booking restaurants etc. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were always willing to go the extra mile.

Great location with wonderful facilities and amazing views of mountains.

Comfortable rooms with amazing views of the mountains. The pool was fabulous and we all loved the breakfast. Great staff that provided good recommendations. Strong wifi for WFH.

Passable

The swimming pool, yet it could have been warmer. The garden and the view. The staff.

The rooms were cold, old, small. We could hear everything from our neighbours. No restaurant therefore no possibility to eat in the hotel whilst baby sleeping. We paid 400.- CHF for the duplex room which is way too much for the quality.

A good place to explore Chamonix

We enjoyed the room and the terrace. The view of Mont Blanc was astounding. Good location to explore the area. Parking was very good (I used the garage). The staff was very helpful. Nearby restaurants were a short walk away and had very good food.

There was a weekend rock concert nearby that was annoying when exploring the town, although I thought the music on the second night was better than the first. Thankfully our room was on the opposite side and the room was well insulated when the outside door was closed.

Breakfast, the room, the view, warm swimming pool, a beautiful garden, everything was great. Internet is very fast and staff is super. Location also top.

The whole place is quiet and comfortable. I liked our room and the spa facilities.

Some quests were too loud in spa facilities.
