Excellent, helpful, professional and friendly staff.
Delicious, creative cuisine and loved eating outdoors.
We booked room w A/C and it was nice and cold! Love the nice shower/bath. Rooms are very nice and quiet!
Our 2nd visit and would happily return for 3rd visit.
Room size is adequate but not spacious by American standards but this should not stop anyone from staying here. It is a world class boutique hotel.

Location is very good, support for ski transportation is excellent, breakfast is world top class quality. Staff very nice and helpful.
The room is not that luxury as the price hotel charged.
