We were warmly welcomed and treated well. The location is walking distance to everything we needed and wanted. The breakfast buffet was generous, and they had great gluten-free options! Many thanks for a fantastic experience.

Almost everything.
Narrow stairs to the room were a little bit of challenge with a medium suitcase and rucksack. The person at reception did take my case up the stairs though.

The location was absolutely Perfect- 2 minutes walk from the centre of Chamnoix - quiet at night. The staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful. The breakfast was good.
Sadly the room we had booked was so tiny that we upgraded costing more and was still very small - considering the pictures on the website looked much bigger! Only a roof window in the first room and NO air conditioning. In the second room we had a tiny balcony and a fan - but it was noisy and not effective so too hot at night. We only had one pillow each which wasn't good and no fridge in the room. The safe didn't work either. The Curtain didn't close so we were woken up early because of the light. There was no lift and a very narrow staircase which was difficult to carry cases up. We were not offered help by the staff to take our bags to the room.
