Staff was friendly and lovely.
Gym was poor at best. Spa was tiny but nice. Temperature for all spa amenities were not optional. Sauna was warm, not hot. Same with jetted hot tub. Pillows were not comfortable and mattress wasn't either. Didnt sleep well at all.

We paid for a superior room and it was great - tastefully decorated with views of the mountains.
I loved the environmental initiatives, including posters on the stairwell about exercise.
Honestly this summer I would have loved aircon!

comfy bed. easy check in. good size room. clean. friendly staff. good location
There were clothes in the room from the previous guests. There were exposed pipes coming out of the wall and a LARGE bump under the carpet where the renovation works are poorly done. parking is advertised on booking.com but was not actually available on site. The hotel managers response was to tell me that i should read their website. My opinion is that they should indicate this on booking.com . The spa area is nice but very badly designed in terms of access and changing.
