Exceptional staff. The spa and pool is beautiful. They’ve worked really hard to make a whimsical, beautiful lobby, our children loved it. Nice rooms, comfy beds, very clean. Great location.
Lack of air con (we did know this, but still a feature that is helpful during summer heatwaves). I don’t feel the room really had Mountain views, the view was pretty but you had to stand on the balcony and then turn around for a proper Mountain View.

The checkin process was smooth and staff were very helpful. We were assigned a room across the street in the spa building for our 3 nights there.
The bed had two pillows per person. USB plugins on each side.
The pool was beautiful. Robes and beach towels were provided in the rooms on the closet shelf.
The hotel had no air conditioning! We had to sleep with the balcony door open. The summer of 2026 has been a record-breakingly hot few months in France, and even in early September it was uncomfortably warm. For a pricy resort hotel to lack air conditioning is hard to imagine.
The room was tiny to the point of being cramped. The room was almost triangular. There was only a stand for one suitcase; the other had to be laid out in the already-limited floor space.
The room had no refrigerator or couch or armchair. Other than the bed, there was a very small desk with no chair (we brought one in from the balcony).
Given the very high price for the room, we expected more of a luxury experience, especially a bedroom with adequate space and climate control. It was disappointing.
