Perfect location, views and helpful staff
No AC or ceiling fans in room. If you keep windows open then lots of noise from the canal

Super staff, very friendly in a time of high crowd in the town of Chamonix during UTMB week, they let us spend a free afternoon without stress in the lobby, being kind and supportive

Everything was very elegant, charming - room, staff, facility, view, all around. Breakfast was amazing. Location couldn't be any better. Staff was exceptional. Spa facility - Sauna was not as hot as you'd aspect in other places, but the pool was spectacular. There is no AC but not an issue - it gets cold at night.

It has an old school charm. The lobby and lounge are comfortable and charming. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
While the location is very central it can be very noisy at night in some instances. If you book a room on the Brevent side loud crowds can cause enough noise to keep you awake, moreover if it is snowing they will be plowing snow right in front of your window at early hours.
Breakfast is not up to par for a 5 star, not bad but not 5 star.
SPA facilities are not up to par for a 5 star. Not bad but if there are more than 5 people it is not enjoyable.
