The Masseria was only a ten minute walk to the wedding venue through olive groves. The accommodation was very spacious with a large and comfortable bed and great shower as well as a kitchenette which we were not able to use as no car to fetch supplies. We did however use deliveroo on our last evening.
Breakfast was perfect, in an airy and cool out building with the fresh food kept well covered from flies.
Outside there was a beautiful, clean pool with new loungers and plenty of space to relax.
The host was extremely helpful and booked our taxi to Monopoli. I had left my kindle behind on the hammock and he actually drove to Monopoli to deliver it.
A minor point but as a Brit, I love a cup of tea in the morning and so would have been happy for this to be available with milk in the room.

Lovely location, really peaceful, the room had everything and it was quite large. Comfy mattress and pillows also. Loved this family run business!

We loved out stay at this property. We booked it as it was in the location we wanted and it turned out to be perfect. The property is rustic and authentic and is very easy to settle in to. The hosts are very kind and helpful and the friendly dog and cats were a hit with our toddler. The pool area is wonderful with lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade. Breakfast was good, especially the wonderful homemade cake.
Nothing we didn’t like. The courtyard is stony so bring easy shoes for going to the pool.

We booked this because it was close to a wedding venue and we were babysitting. At first look it is rustic and authentic but the quiet location, great pool and attentive hosts made our stay really wonderful. Our toddler loved the pool and the friendly dog and cats. A lovely breakfast was also provided.
The courtyard is a bit stony so bring easy shoes to get to the pool. Aircon is only in the bedroom area but does flow through if you keep the door open.
