Great location close to costal path. Friendly staff, food was good. Rooms were comfortable. Spa facilities were very nice. Loved it all.

We loved the location of the hotel, and the building and facilities were absolutely excellent!! The staff were also fabulous and attentive, and the extra addition of the living rooms with the fires lit were lovely whilst the weather was bad during our stay.
The only critique we had, is that unfortunately the fire alarm went off at around 1:30am on the Friday night of our stay. Although I completely understand that this can’t always be helped, I am really sensitive to loud noises and did not sleep well for the rest of that night.

Location is ideal; cliff-top overlooking Mount’s Bay and, during our stay, perfect late summer weather. Our room and the restaurant looked onto that view, too.

Location is beautiful. Spa such a good find. Staff super friendly and helpful.
Felt very understaffed. Staff that were on were super friendly, super helpful and so nice.
Long delays from ordering to receiving the food. More than a few tables in the restaurant and service really seemed to suffer.
Personally we had a couple of issues with our meals BUT they were recognised immediately and dealt with superbly.
Mistakes happen and we are totally fine with that but the manner in which they are dealt with matters and they were dealt with rapidly and professionally
