Very good value for money. Generally clean simple accommodation.
Stains on the quilt cover. The sink plug hole didn't have a grid to stop anything falling into the pipes. No sign of any staff and they didn't pick up the phone, so we just went to the room. So be sure you know exactly what you've booked so you can just get on with it.

Relatively low cost option for 4 people.
The kitchen lounge area of the barn was a good size with everything you need for a short self catering stay.
Lovely Community footway/track that could be walked from barns.
Bedrooms had no windows just balcony doors.

Quiet rural location. We chose it for proximity to our daughter which was good
Bed too soft and too small for us.
No mirror near a plug for drying hair.
Communication was not great at times. Washing machine broken. As we had been on the road for 3 days, the included use of washer was essential facility. I asked manager on Saturday morning, he said would be replaced next day. It was not there Sunday when we left for the day , we didnt arrive back till 10.00 pm so too late to use and next day taxi arrive 0900 so no time to use.
