Everything; it was all superb, and perfectly located for Norfolk Wildlife Trust's Hickling Broad.

Our room was beautiful - lovely linen and comfy beds, coffee machine, plenty of teas , large bathroom but most importantly lovely and clean. Staff at breakfast were so friendly and chatty. Loved the way our toddler was thought of before we arrived, little bed, bathroom step ! So refreshing to not have to ask for anything for once as all was provided! We were shocked also that on a 2 night stay somebody actually went in and put new towels, new cups , made our beds! Never expected that! Wonderful!

Located in beautiful area. Lovely balance between very professional and local/family feel including accents. Very relaxing vibe. Nice example of farm diversification-eg repurposed complex of old buildings, ‘converted’ in appropriate manner/to high standard. Wonder if more could be made of accessible paths on farm?

Warm and friendly welcome, room clean, looks like the bathroom had been updated. Breakfast service was to a very good standard. Breakfast was good and served promptly.
