Spacious room with gorgeous sea view and jacuzzi bath. Worth paying a little extra for that. Thermal spa experience was lovely. We arrived late & had missed half our spa slot but that wasn’t a problem . Staff arranged our full hour without any questions.
Having stayed at the hotel once before I noticed that breakfast this time was definitely not as good. We couldn’t order a cooked breakfast from the menu and the buffet food was cold as was the coffee. The fruit selection was poor.

The Seaview was great as was the breakfast. We had a small issue with our room thar was addressed quickly and without fuss
Bed was comfy but pillows were very hard. Sound proofing betweerooms could be better.

The property is in a lovely location and is a modern fresh hotel.
Our outdoor patio had not been cleaned and there was broken glass on the patio table with shards of glass everywhere and on the ground. The table also had drink stains on it.
The food in the restaurant was very poor with king prawns over cooked and like rubber bullets. The cost of the food has risen considerably since our last visit.
It was our 30th wedding anniversary and our friends had arranged a bottle of rose champagne. The server started pouring the champagne for us and did not tilt the glass so it over spilled all over the table, he left to get a cloth. When starting the second glass my husband suggested tilting the glass but he replied “we are told to leave the glass on the table” so the exact same thing happened again!!! This was an £80 bottle of champagne and a gift. I think the service was totally unacceptable and he was quite matter of fact and not apologetic…. Very poor!!!
We had a spa day the next day which was excellent. The staff, service, value for money were all 100% better than the hotel. We have stayed at the hotel several times but would now not return. The spa is a definite to return.
