The reception from Petia/Petya including the fact that when we checked out three days later, without prompting, she remembered us and that we were needing to go to their sister hotel, adjoining (since the Spa Tudanca was full for that night when I originally booked). Superb customer service from her, and a bonus that she spoke perfect English.
The room was large, the bed incredibly comfortable, the shower pressure great, stunning views of the vineyards and despite having roads either side, absolute silence in the window soundproofing.
A kettle and mugs, as well as glasses were provided, along with a fridge.
The seating areas in the main part of the hotel were great. The young girl behind the bar was sweet.
Parking - fantastic!!
Access to sightseeing by car in every direction.
On the second night we heard a baby crying but I think that we were just unlucky.
The shower could do with a rail for the showerhead.

Nice building ,clean rooms ,great location.
No room service, no on site bar. Basic facilities. Eat in an expensive restaurant which is not in the hotel or transport cafe food. Spa closed.
