Bien para realizar tramites medicos, ubicacion y tranquilidad

La ubicacion excelente y la tranquilidad en el departamento y alrededor

La comunicacion con el anfitrion fue algo vaga al principio. Y que aun usen televisores desactualizados y sin programas como Netflix y Youtube por ejemplo

Localização perfeita e bom custo x benefício

A localização é excelente, metrô praticamente na porta. O fato de ter 2 banheiros também foi muito importante . No geral, o apartamento é bom, só está precisando de algumas melhorias.

O Wi-Fi é péssimo. Os colchões precisam ser trocados, pois estão muito deformados. Nos banheiros, as toalhas deixam a desejar (parecem encardidas e cheiram a cloro) e as cortinas estavam rasgadas. Os utensílios da cozinha são precários, faltam xícaras, forma para aquecer alimentos no forno, pratos são desparceirados, frigideira super velha, amassada e suja, enfim, coisas simples que poderiam perfeitamente ser melhoradas.

Incredible 13th floor apartment with stunning views

Incredible balcony view of city and mountains with outdoor dining! Amazing sunsets. Right by metro station. Shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Also good for self catering. Rooftop swimming pool! Easy check in. An amazing find.

Swimming pool closed Monday and Thursday. The city is a noisy place, so maybe not somewhere for light sleepers!

You’re better off spending a little bit more at a hotel.

Check-in process was confusing. Staff at the lobby are security staff only. It wasn’t clear when I booked this stay that not all of these apartments in the building were for rent (this location is actually a residential area). Door “smart lock “ key didn’t work half of the time. The apartment was pretty run down and the floors and walls were filthy. I wish there was shampoo and soap included. Having coffee included would have also been nice. Poor communication about the check out process. I was originally told I could leave my bags at the apartment until the evening then last minute it changed to no later than 4pm. Don’t bother with renting these apartments. A hotel would be more comfortable and a less stressful stay.

I really like the location and how the apartment felt. Made my stay in Santiago really good.

Great location, clean and pretty cozy. Felt good.

I just had a bad mattress. It was hard to sleep on it.

Simple flat (no more) in a good location

The location. The balcony even noisy at the eleven floor. The quick reaction of the landlord to solve the problems. Cleaning.

The shower had to be repeared 2 time. No pressure for the water. The kitchen is poorely equipmed; difficult to "cook" really someting. No table to eat, no table in front of the sofa. Old appartment which needs to be renewed and refurbished.

Recommended for short stay

The view of the apartment and location is ok. Also the building has a great outdoor pool in the last floor with stunning views of the city.

It could be better. I understand that the person in reception area is not part of Pontoni business, but the attention was very poor and I as a tourist, arriving at the apartment, the welcome was not friendly and with lack of information. I was with the idea to ask more questions to the receptionist but with his rude attitude I did not ask. Just when I went to the level 19 and I was inside the apartment I found a welcome letter with important information about payment and other information. So from that moment I solved questions about my stay. Before my arrival to the apartment ( 1 hour in advance) I sent a text message to the contact number but no answer until today. Also I left a bottle of water of my little son (as I left the key inside the apartment and could not back for the bottle) and the person in charge of this apartment was not at the office. I could not wait because a transfer to the airport was waiting for me. The point is that until today I did not receive any message, email from Pontoni at least to say I am sorry that you left your son bottle of water :-( . They have very poor customer service.
