The room was big and confortable, it had automation for the curtains and a good and modern bathroom.
The bed was big and confortable.
Big praise to general staff for being very polite and attentive, especially Florencia from breakfeast and alexander restaurant.
The breakfast was amazing, eggs were incredible and many options.
The spa is excellent, many types of experiences and saunas available, and pools.
Other high points are bowling area, the bar with live music and the two restaurants available.
Staff from reception were not that helpful, did not give any tips on things to do in the area for example, also did not make a reservation on the restaurants for us while saying they did. Finally, the concierge did not give us much attention, and looked at us almost arrogant.
The warmed pools could be a bit warmer.

Absolutely stunning location with incredible views of the Matterhorn. The whole property has a very special atmosphere, and the spa and outdoor pool are just amazing. Everything felt beautifully maintained, peaceful and perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains.

This is my 3rd time back and hoping for 4th and 5th time. My first time was Aug 2022 and second time was July 2023. And Aug 2026 is my third time. Love the view, the room, the pool, the resort, the staff, the fresh air, the peacefulness, everything!!! It’s like paradise on earth. I can say it’s my number one favourite hotel in all of Switzerland at the moment.
The food could be improved. I understand that the resort location is somewhat remote from the town and logistical wise, it could be difficult to bring some ingredients. Don’t get me wrong, the food isn’t bad, it’s just not matching my expectation with other 5-stars resort in Zermatt or St Moritz. Also the pool is fantastic, but however the jacuzzi is in rotation mode. Where it will rotate automatically from this spot to that spot. If the hotel would consider upgrading the system that enable it to focus just the location where guests press the button, it would be perfect.
