Food was lovely and not too pricey as Ireland is usually very expensive . Staff were nice and friendly .
Only one lift working which looking back at reviews has been an ongoing process . This is very busy hotel so this should be a priority to get this fixed . I have poor legs so I struggled to climb 4 floors but I seen older people much worse off than myself .

Staff were very friendly. We loved the sensory room and children’s entertainment in the evenings!
Overall facilities and cleanliness are great and the location is ideal if visiting emerald park!
The leisure pool could benefit from some maintenance/ upgrade. Some of the jets didn’t work in the pool and the showers weren’t great in the changing area.
We did find one night a bit overpriced for room only (we had to pay for breakfast).

Good facilities for children
Good location for onward travel
Was turned away from restaurant as they had a prebook party, even though they had a no booking policy.
Noise levels at 5am were ridiculous, loud thumping music woke whole family despite a quiet policy from 11pm-7am
