Extremely nice staff.
Comfy bed, comfy pillow (mid).
Quiet when the football guys don't arrive early to play and yell on the neighboring field.
As much as I love this place:
The bathroom could use a refresh to make it look less worn out.
The lemony smell of the toilet bowl odorizer and the same smell for the 2in1 washing gel made me oozy. Maybe pick a more neutral smell?
Some room areas and light appliances are covered in thick dust.

The staff here are all really helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Our bathroom included a jacuzzi bath; it was a luxurious size but the jets didn't work.
The listing includes a swimming pool and a gym and sauna. The swimming pool was out of action for maintenance, the gym equipment was on site but we couldn't fathom out how to work it and the sauna was switched off.
The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The bed is comfortable. Lots of wardrobe space.
The hotel doesn't have air-conditioning, therefore I like to open the window for some fresh air in the room. It's good that the window is fitted with some anti mosquito netting, but the dogs in the neighbourhood like to bark a lot during the night. It's not something the hotel can control, but maybe with air-conditioning the windows would stay closed and the sound would be reduced??

Nice hotel, good breakfast, excellent service from reception. Very quiet surroundings, good parking.

The breakfast was good
Unfriendly and very impolite/ rude staff. Some advertised amenities are broken. The hotel is quite far from the city center, you'll be needing to bring a car.
