The room was very comfortable and the amenities were great as well. Used the Spa and enjoyed that. The breakfast buffet was very good as well.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The lobby was very pleasant and they have a neat little library upstairs.
The hotel initially gave me a very sub-par room. Even though I booked a superior family room, this clearly wasn't it - go down a floor, walk past some very dirty carpet and trash bins outside and voila, here's your "superior family room" in the ground floor. I was upgraded free of charge, but I expected more from the onset. Hoovering of the room wasn't done properly (neither of the days), I'm not even sure they hoovered it as the crumbles from the previous guests stayed with us for two nights. The hotel feels dated - it could definitely do with an upgrade.
