Breakfast was excellent, good range of food choices, quiet rooms, bathroom was a little dated
The maid cleaning our room prior to check out when we’ve just gone to breakfast. We would’ve left the room 30 mins earlier, she needed to wait a bit longer

Location right next to the metro and a short walk to one of Lisbon's main train and intercity bus stations.
Outdated decor and very bad sound proofing. We were on the 11th floor and could hear the trains down, the planes up, and anyone passing the hotel corridor. Services are subpar too. The mini bar fridge doesn't work but it's full of the usual stuff (drinks, chocolate etc.). There isn't any information to let you know it isn't working, so we thought it was broken and informed reception. They told us that indeed it's just acting as a cabinet and if we want any of those products fresh, we can ask reception. If you want to store something in the mini fridge you thought was available (like your medicines), you'll need to ask reception to store it in some hotel fridge you don't have direct access to. I also needed to drink warm water in the morning with a medicine. I called ahead and asked if they could have a small kettle in the room. They said normally that's an extra 5€ for the pack of kettle, tea, coffee and sugar. I explained I didn't need coffee and tea, I just needed to drink warm water when waking up. They said they'd make the kettle available in the room. When I arrived, there was no kettle. I went downstairs and made the request again, I was told again that kettles were only available with tea and coffee and was told to come down to the hotel restaurant in the morning to get hot water. I mean, if you have a kettle available, then why not make it available in my room and charge the 5€ if you have to? It was uncomfortable to go down just after waking up to ask the waiter to put hot water in my reusable bottle and then hold a boiling bottle all the way back to my room. I realise this is a very particular situation that other guests may not encounter, but I think it shows how the staff isn't really focused on guest comfort.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious enough. The bathroom was clean and well designed. I enjoyed breakfast. The staff were all friendly and attentive.
The room was very hot when I arrived. I understand that the side of the hotel I stayed in was in the sun all afternoon. However, they could turn the AC on for a while. The television didn't function and a very helpful member of staff came up and got it running again. Unfortunately, it stopped working again and I was tired by that stage, so didn't ask him to come back.
