The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless and quick, with very polite front desk staff. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi, great breakfast, and the hotel facilities felt very safe and well-maintained. The property looks exactly like the photos and offers very good value for money.
The response time for addressing specific guest requests could be faster and more efficient. Also, room soundproofing and climate control could benefit from minor improvements.

Super friendly staff and the room was lovely, just what we needed for our one night stay! The location was good, and getting around was easy thanks to the trams - so a perfect stay.

Check in / out was smooth, room was clean, bed was comfy, great location.
Shower wasn't very hot, in general the hotel is a little dated, certain areas could use some renovating but not a deal breaker!
