Location is superb as was the staffs customer service.
Only disappointment was the water was not working the weekend i stayed so this made it a little challenging, e.g self catering, and no meals on site etc. However it was great that the information was communicated before arrival, and YHA had done everything possible to uphold H&S but providing bottled water etc. So with advanced notice i could prepare meals etc and still be confident to attend.
The chairs in the lounges where a little uncomfortable, and at times it was a little cold. Obviously water situation mentioned above but could not be helped.

Location was great....places lovely
Not much to do at night....the other guests very dull like computer operators glued to mobile phones .they dull ...no entertainment or games just a dodgy tele
