Nice clean place.
I arrived quite late and the night shift helped me with everything I needed and nothing was a problem to him. He seemed to genuinely like helping people.
I had been trapped on a grounded aircraft at Heathrow the day before for 8 hours and the only way to get home was to get a ticket from London to Madrid. There were therefore things I didn’t have like charging cables and Spanish adaptors and he helped me with all of these things meaning that could power my phone up and book my onward tickets.
A small detail made a big difference , thanks :-)

Rooms felt basic, not well designed eg not enough clothes hanging space, room seemed dimly lit, no where to hang towels

Staff super nice. Breakfast wonderful. Room clean and bed very comfortable. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine and olives on arrival.
I wish it had mentioned when I booked that the room was in the attic. I was worried about knocking myself out every time I got up from the bed.
