Our host Maria was delightful and couldnt be more welcoming and helpful. The location gave us plenty of options to explore and easy access to bars, restaurants and attractions. You are amongst the local neighbourhood

New and Very clean, location, ac worked well, bed was comfortable and showers worked great. Maria was very helpful with suggestions for sight seeing and restaurants. Would love to stay again if we visit Madrid.

Maria was most helpful when we arrived supplying much information about the city and how best to get around. The apartment was very well equipped and clean. Good air conditioning was good and rooms very comfortable.
There is no window in the main sitting area and this gave the apartment a slightly claustriphobic feeling.

The apartment was large and clean with a washing machine.
The location, actually the street the building is located at was dirty. There was garbage on both sides of the street. I don’t mean garbage in garbage bags, but actual trash all over the sidewalks.
