The hotel is well kept, clean and in close proximity to both tubes and bus stops - there are plenty or restaurants around and a couple of supermarket, the main square is 5 mins by walk, along with the view point of Madrid - the room was spacious, the bed so comfortable, very happy with the choice!

Front desk staff and cleaning crew were excellent
The breakfast area floor was dirty during the breakfast time , they had two guys doing the breakfast and for two days the floor was dirty with eggs and pieces of bread while dinning there

Great location, welcoming & friendly staff, comfortable quiet room, well furnished.
The pillows, there was little support.

The location was great other than the homeless people enclave next to the cinema
The were no real facilities. I can’t recall the hotel bar being open and there were no other facilities (e.g. gym, pool)
