While located outside of Verona, it is very easy to get into the city. Several bus routes stop nearby or you can drive into the city in about 15 minutes. We also found it a great base to take a day trip by train to Venice. The hotel is spotless, quiet, and the breakfast delicious. The room was a good size, had a big, comfy bed and looked out over a beautiful courtyard. We didn't have time to try out the pool in the grounds but it looked serene and befitting the eco-conscious vibe of the place. The staff were faultlessly polite and helpful. We loved our stay at Hotel La Caporala.
Its location near an industrial zone was initially off-putting but it proved to be completely safe, very quiet and quickly forgotten about.

La Caporala exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it. The attention to detail is evident throughout the property, and we particularly appreciated the beautifully appointed room and convenient on-site parking. We had an outstanding Apulian meal at the hotel restaurant, complemented by warm, yet highly refined and professional service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a memorable stay.

It was a beautiful hotel in the middle of nowhere
The pool was not open and booking.com have this as the introductory Picture, very hard to find that is was closed.
