Situated in Dallas, this charming house for $351 per night is a great option for your next break. This charming, century old home is nestled in the M Streets, also inside a Conservation District of Dallas. We lie just off of Lower Greenville Avenue, within walking distance of all the best restaurants, roof top bars, wineries, live entertainment and shopping. We offer an amazing back yard pool (NOT heated) and a well decorated interior. POOL: The pool is available for use year round, however, it is NOT a heated pool. All guests have access to a private pool in a spacious backyard, alongside outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. There is a wrap around porch in the front of the home. We also offer a combination of upgrades and originality. The two bathrooms have been completely remodeled and all original wood flooring has been refinished. This is a great home for families, weekend getaways, sporting events, business trips and more. ATTENTION: Absolutely NO smoking, NO pets, NO parties. We also do NOT allow the use of glitter or confetti inside or outside the home. Pool is NOT heated. Out of respect for our neighbors and neighborhood rules, NO loud music, swimming or yelling past 10:00PM. Unfortunately, we have had people disrespect these rules in the past and therefore we were FORCED TO END THEIR STAYS EARLY. Video Surveillance: Ring Doorbell, Pool/Back Yard Video Camera All spaces are accessible except one cabinet in the kitchen, one closet in the dining room and the storage shed in the back yard. Great home. The BEST location. Everything was great. The only issue we had was we had one wash cloth per person. Could have been a mistake on cleaning person, but other then that great spot. Will return again.

We loved the house, location and especially the pool! It was unbearably hot when we were there and the air conditioner cooled the house perfectly! Super cute and clean with a responsive owner. So many grear restaurants within walking distance to lower Greenville. The house is really quiet and peaceful and beds are very comfortable. Overall a winner!

Samantha was very easy to communicate with and the check in process was extremely easy. Location was great with plenty to eat close by either by walking or driving. Very relaxing hanging out by the pool and comfortable back yard. One thing we would have liked with the time we spent in the house would have been more channels on DirecTV especially with sports to watch. Overall we loved our stay.

This was our 2023 girls trip mother daughter and granddaughter, we usually stay in a hotel but decided to try something different, I never want to stay in a hotel again! The house was beautiful and clean, quiet neighborhood, pool was a definite plus! We didn’t want to leave! I recommend this place to anyone who needs to relax and unwind

Myself, husband and two teenagers stayed at this property for one week. We had never been to Dallas before and this was the perfect location. The pool was fabulous and the property was very clean. Samantha was incredibly responsive to all of my questions. Lots to do within walking distance, as well as lots of experiences and things to see that are within a 10 to 15 minute drive. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit Dallas next time!

The property looked just like the pictures! I engaged with Samantha a bit before locking in the property. I was concerned about its location possibly being on a heavily travelled street; possible cross street noise; and, wanted to know what type of neighborhood the house was in. Samantha answered all of my questions and assured me there was no need to worry. She was right! It was adorable inside with the decor of "home" and was totally comfortable. Outside, the property was very kempt and lovely. I enjoyed morning jogs, with friendly neighbors waving to me. The backyard pool was a nice bonus, even though we didn't actually get in. (I spent time lounging in the yard and found it very relaxing and refreshing!) Samantha was very responsive to us and kind enough to grant our late check out request. Our time here was a true get-away! Thanks, Samantha!

Had a girls weekend in Dallas and this house was perfect! The location is amazing. You can walk to some great spots. THe house was clean and super cozy. The pool was *chefs kiss*! We could have stayed in it all day. Samantha is a wonderful host. We will definitely be back!

This is our second visit to Shabby Chic and it was a great visit both times. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect for a summer get away! Great location for lots of delicious food options near by. We even watched fireworks on the 4th from a near by park. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Samantha was great to check in with us before and after our stay! We look forward to visiting again soon!

The house was exactly as described. The location of the house is ideal and we were able to walk to dinner and entertainment. The highlight was the pool - which was a lifesaver in the 95 degree heat. Communication with Samantha was great. She was very quick to answer questions. Would stay here again!

Moving to Dallas and needed a place to stay with 4 people while looking for an apartment. This house is adorable, all the comforts of home, pool in the backyard, plenty of space to park off the street. Walking distance to restaurants and close to downtown but not too close! Big front porch, dining room table is good size, family room is a little cozy with smaller couch and 2 small chairs but it worked for us! Would definitely return and stay longer! Safe and quiet, clean. Comfortable beds and the sheets were so nice! House is older but has lots of character. Asked for late check out and owner was happy to accommodate. Thanks for a great experience.

This is a beautifully appointed house in a lovely residential neighborhood on the edge of the Greenville business districts. The house was very comfortable and the pool was great. The location is terrific. We had no issues but anticipate the owner would have been very responsive based on previous communications. We didn’t want to leave!

Perfect charming spot for girls weekend! Very clean and appeared as described on the listing. Enjoyed the updated bathrooms too! Backyard was spacious with a high privacy fence which was great for enjoying the sunshine poolside. Slept 5 adults well. Walkable location to grab food and drinks! Host was very easy to get ahold of and flexible with our accommodations! Would definitely recommend!!

We absolutely loved our stay on Monticello! The house is exactly as listed. Samantha was available for any questions at any time. Our children go to SMU so the location was perfect. I took long walks in the neighborhood, could run up the street for coffee or a happy hour! I highly recommend‼️

Charming, well located house

The house is in a great location. Although close to a busy street, it was quiet inside the house. Lovely, private pool in the backyard. Too cold for us to enjoy, but it will be great when the weather permits! A nice front porch too! Very nice kitchen, nice large dining table, comfortable living area, and three bedrooms with two nice baths. It's a great little house and we highly recommend it.
