Location was lovely, with great views, staff were very accommodating and polite,
Restaurant food was excellent,
Our room was very small, the bar area was a bit tired compared to the lovely restaurant

Location and history of the hotel
No lift available, small "premium family room"
The sofa bed was a futon transformed into a single low bed, very uncomfortable even for a child, some of the staff didn't know how to treat their customers, some were very well trained.
