Atmosphere, comfort, facilities and the staff were great
Food for dinner was very disappointing

The breakfast was normal, nothing special, the location was quiet
The access to the SPA (indoor swimming pool) should be limited, there should be a maximum attendees limit and should require a booking, there were some days that the pool was full with lots of people and children and lots of noise.

The place is really beautiful, and the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are amazing. The breakfast was also very good.
The bedroom layout was not ideal — in the bathroom, the toilet is positioned right against the shower window, which makes your leg press against the cold glass and feels quite uncomfortable. Additionally, because it was raining and there was no mat or carpet at the entrance, the floor became very wet as soon as we came in, even after removing our shoes.
The restaurant served fabulous food, but the service was noticeably slow, which unfortunately took away from the overall experience.

Big swimming pool close to the rooms
The buffet during dinner everything was cold and dessert was finished and not replenished again when we wanted to take dessert and When you are entering the pool the fountain is full of green water and it stinks it makes you want to vomit other than that it was very nice.

"we enjoyed every aspect of our stay and tried most of the facilities.
We had breakfast and supper at the restaurant and the buffet was well presented with a very good selection of food for every diet..."
