Very well kept property. The hosts were very good and gave us a very neat and tidy river facing room

We loved the view from our room and the space of the apartment. It was quite roomy. We loved the idea of the common areas although we did not use them it was a great concept. We also enjoyed how close the apartment was to the beach and surfers paradise. It was an easy walk to and from places if we didn’t want to drive.
The shower pressure was limited in the ensuite. We had to use the other bathroom to get nice water pressure. There was also cockroaches around the kitchen area which did not seem sanitary. We also tried to use the spa on one of our nights which the receptionist did not tell us it was under maintenance. Maybe telling guests first, that way we wouldn’t have gone up to the top level and been disappointed.

Beautiful location with a great view from both the room and the balcony.
A tiny cockroach was running around. I found tiny shards of glass on the balcony chair, but I only realized they were there after I sat down.

I liked the size of the room and location.
- This room is not equipped to house 5 people. There are enough beds for 5 people but not enough dinning chairs, balcony chairs or couch space for everyone to sit together.
- There was also VERY minimal cooking supplies. I brought my own fry pan and I am glad I did (My family did laugh at me but we needed it) There is also not egg flipper, all the utensils were flimsy and didn't work we had to go out and buy some just to make eggs.
- It was not the cleanest. The kitchen was greasy and dirty, again lucky we brought out own paper towel and bought some cleaning products as there were no cleaning products, even to wipe down a bench. The bathrooms were dirty, the floors all had black long and curly hair. None of us have black hair. When I picked up my esky from the floor and put it on the table the bottom had all hair stuck to it, we hadn't even been in the room 1 day. The shower also leaks out on to the floor, it has no seal at the bottom of the door.
- We ended up leaving a day early even though we had paid. We were there for the airshow and it was over and there was nothing enticing or relaxing about the room to warrant staying another night.
