This location is also within walking distance to all that downtown Mammoth has to offer, and as it is right on the shuttle route, you can be on the slopes in minutes. Centrally located just off Meridian Boulevard, near the Sierra Star Golf Course, this vacation rental is close to restaurants, stores, coffee shops, and the entire town of Mammoth Lakes. Ice skate at the Mammoth Ice Rink and ski at the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, only four miles west. Hike the John Muir Trail or explore the surrounding lakes including Lake Mary and Duck Lake, all just a few miles south. Check out the Devil's Postpile, a fascinating formation of columnar basalt, and Rainbow Falls is also well worth the trip! THINGS TO KNOW The internet in this area is unreliable. This home does not allow early check-in. Please remember to bring your pool towels, we only provide regular towels for your stay. While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided. A 4x4 is recommended during the winter season, while chains are required in all vehicles. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. My boys loved the foosball table in the upstairs area and was able to play it with their grandpa. Bed are all very comfortable. Great layout for a family of four or more. Use the community pool and spa which was great for the time of the year we went very clean and not crowded. Wonderful after a half day of skiing and then hiking. Kitchen is well equipped and was able to cook many meals with ease. Talked with the local property manager who was very welcoming. Would stay here again. Only mild negative per the wife is the shower pressure.

We had a wonderful stay. We were comfortable in this beautiful condo. It was very clean and well stocked with plenty of room for our family. It was in a nice neighborhood and walking distance to shuttles and town.

This beautiful condo is located near everything within walking distance! Excellent condo with plenty of amenities! Very spacious, comfortable, and clean home. The village is only a 2 minute drive from the condo and the grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. We had an incredible stay! So relaxing and so beautiful surrounded by the amazing Mammoth scenery. Highly recommend this condo for a wonderful stay.

Hello, We loved the place! Specially my kids, they loved the foosball game and we just realized (after 2nd days) there is full stacks of game boards on the shelves.😅 The house is clean and easy to maintain. Great amount of towels and pillows. Some suggestions: The beds in both bedrooms need an upgrade because it’s not comfortable. Me and my husband having a hard time to sleep. The kitchen utensil and cooking ware it’s okay but would be better if get the new one. Over all, we love the place and hopefully will be back next Summer. Thank you!

Accessing the mountain from the property was a breeze. The comforts of the property included clean, soft beds, gathering space between the kitchen and living room, and plenty of space for 6 cousins to have a great visit!

Unit is kept in nice condition, but it was unfortunate that there was construction next door. First evening was hard as there were many noises coming from there until past allowable time. Also any view from the bedrooms was blocked by a huge dumpster placed next to the entrance of our unit. It just didn't feel right as we were expecting to have some time to unwind.

The condo was perfect!!! We had three families and there was still enough room. It was our family reunion and the kids loved the condo, pool, spa, and game room. We also used the barbecue to grill up some food. The condo was located near both Old Mammoth and New Mammoth, centrally located a half mile between both villages. The condo was extremely clean and well kept with every possible thing anyone could need located inside the condo. We had an AMAZING time here. Absolutely loved it so much! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone wanting to visit Mammoth. This is THE place to stay when here! The owners are amazing and wonderful people. Great family! You will love the home they are sharing with you. You will feel right at home!

This home was great for I and 7 of my friends tk stay in. They had all the essentials for showering/cooking. The location is great- just minutes from shops/ restaurants as well as hiking/lakes and hot springs. They have games too and a Roku. The only note is fyi the hot tub and pool are CLOSED at this time.
