Loved this little place. It was just like the photos only better. Which in new port is rare! I am so pleased with the quality of all of the appliances, bedding, towels, etc. it made my stay ten times better because at the last minute I brought my grand baby who is 5 and I ended up at the house more than expected! Love love love love ❤️ and I’m definitely coming back 😀

Perfect location to the beach, boardwalk and shopping. House was updated so cute and clean. It was great to have chairs and beach accessories available and great to have a garage. The owner is so friendly as well! Would definitely stay there again.

This second floor condo was a perfect fit for our family of 4, not too big but not too small. Conveniently located within walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Lots of beach supplies available for use which was great not having to pack more stuff! Private parking was a big plus! Also, downstairs unit is not directly connected so walking around upstairs isn’t going to bother the neighbors.

Overall the stay was perfect. Everything was clean and had all of the emeneties needed for a comfortable stay. Proximity to the beach was A+ and walking distance to restaurants and everything was perfect. I had car trouble and needed to stay an extra night and the host was very accomodating and helped me come up with a solution. Overall the accomodations could not have been better.

Highlights: -- Everything was new, clean and in excellent condition -- Comfortable bed and lots of windows for ocean cross-breeze -- Well stocked with everything we wanted (e.g., an iron and ironing board, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, plenty of towels -- Walkable to cute restaurants and shops

The location of this place is perfect. It took me about 90 seconds to walk to the beach. House is updated and very clean. Wendy was a good host and communicator. The house does not have laundry machines, so something to be aware of. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This was my second time staying at this property for a long weekend celebrating my birthday. Throughout the weekend I had family members and friends stop by and everyone was very impressed by this property and how well thought out, clean and updated it is. I really enjoy how this property is walking distance from the pier as well as the Lido Village and many bars and restaurants. There is also a grocery store right around the corner which is super convenient. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere right in the middle of the action of the peninsula.

Listing photos look amazing and lots of things appear “pretty” but I had major issues from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. - I arrived on a Saturday, during a rain storm, to leaks in both master bedroom and living room (all over sofa). I immediately contacted owner who lives close by but instead of coming over to look, she instructed me to put pots out to collect dripping water and that a roofer would come by Monday. Monday it was fixed but she left the dirty leak collecting pots in the sink for me to clean myself. Had I been the owner, I would have left a bottle of nice wine and an apology note, not a pile of dirty pots for my renter to clean. - The dishwater is faulty and did not clean dishes, It would run, but the dishes were still filthy after a cycle. I am an adult and quite familiar with using dishwashers, the owner instead of coming by to see for herself decided to give me a lesson on how to work the dishwasher. Regardless, I can attest that after 5 cycles the dishes never got clean. So, I spent two weeks having to hand washing all the dirty dishes. - The power went out one night in the middle of the night and I had to contact the owner. Thankfully, it was restored fairly quickly but no utility contact/account info was given in her inadequate "welcome book", so I was unable to get updates as to when the power would return. - The garage door is controlled by a digital lock with code but the system is funky and gave me trouble a few times. Additionally the garage is very small. The front door digital lock with code is also difficult, it seems to time out and the only thing to do is wait 15 minutes for it to reset. I was locked out after midnight one night and the owner did not return my texts until 6am. This is a basic safety issue and for this reason alone the apartment should not be rented until it is corrected. - Finally, the washer and dryer are in a janky downstairs room which is very grimy. The washer/dryer is not listed in the "welcome book" forcing me to inquire (yet again) about their whereabouts and usage. - I travel and use short term rentals 6-8 times per year and this experience was pretty awful. Wendy the owner was “mostly” responsive but consistently condescending. She also offered no credit for any of the above issues. Well, she did offer to let me out of my contract a few days early but it wasn’t worth leaving at that point. - In conclusion, don't judge this book by its cover!

This property is perfect and the location is the best! Really close to the beach and a block to the boardwalk that goes for miles. Walkable to restaurants on the beach as well as Lido area. Wendy was very quick to respond! Highly recommend!

This property is in the perfect location to walk everywhere in Newport and over to Lido Marina Village. Great restaurants and shopping are nearby. The neighbors are very quiet and the owner was very communicative.

Perfect ladies trip! 4 of us enjoyed escaping the desert to come to this beautiful upstairs beach property. It had all the amenities & felt like a home away from home. Very clean & organized, great open floor space layout, steps away from the beach/boardwalk, friendly neighborhood & simple check in/out process. Felt like we lived at the beach! Hope to revisit & stay longer.

We loved this little place for our family of 6. Wendy was so wonderful to work with and made sure we had everything we’d need for a fun and comfortable week. The place is clean and modern with lots of open space. We’ve been coming to Newport for years and this is probably our favorite place we’ve ever stayed.
