Really pretty location, rooms are on same site as Pendleton inn. Lovely staff and good food. Lots to see. Rooms are warm and have all needed for a nights sleep.
Room quite run down. Silicone on shower black. Moss all over the skylight in upstairs room. Sofa bed downstairs quite small and not really designed to be sat on for more than 5 minutes.

We love staying at The Pendle Inn - it is the perfect location for us to meet up with family and friends and for walking or climbing. The staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. You get a good nights sleep too as the beds are so comfortable.

Great location lovely staff food in pub very good.
Room was dirty spiders and several months old webs everywhere cobwebs been there for months even in corners on floor so not been hoovered properly or mopped. Dead Insects in cupboards microwave not cleaned. We really are not fussy there was dirty mud lumps on carpet from boots shows not even been hoovered before we arrived. Quite tired but that doesn't bother us we just expect clean. It would take 10 mins to hoover round the walls and ceilings to get rid of all cobwebs and spiders I had to get my husband to do this as honestly when I arrived just wanted to go home I even thought about sleeping in the car. Husband to the rescue great location and lovely staff and great food and drink at pub but seriously would not stay again. Want to stress we are not fussy on decor etc just expect clean and this was not at all 😢
